International Shipping and Taxes

Price Information We ship from the Netherlands, where all our camera mounts are made. To ensure fairness for our global customers, prices are listed net (without tax).

  • EU: VAT is added at checkout.

  • Non-EU: No Dutch tax is charged, but your local customs may charge import duties.

Shipping Information All of our International orders are shipped out with FedEx. 
From time to time FedEx changes their policy on international shipments, due to changing International (tax) laws.

  • EU Customers: Prices are shown excluding VAT. For EU customers, 21% VAT will be added at checkout.
  • International (Non-EU): Prices are Tax-Free. Local import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • FedEx Import Billing: To ensure the fastest delivery, FedEx may clear customs on your behalf and deliver your package first. You will receive an invoice by FedEx for import duties and a handling fee (approx. €30 for US orders) via email roughly 1–2 weeks after delivery.
  • Shipping: Global rates are calculated at the final checkout step.
