Financial and Shipping:

Why are the prices listed on the website excluding 21% VAT taxes?
SailVideoSystem is located in the Netherland (that is part of the EU (European Union). Therefore all products sold to consumers in the EU have 21%VAT tax added. Consumers and companies in the rest of the world do not need to pay these taxes. As we sell WorldWide it made more sense to have the prices listed on the website without the 21%VAT (and only add them during checkout for customers in the EU)


How do I add a promotional code for an online purchase?
Once you have added your items to the cart and clicked the checkout button, there will be a field to the right where you can enter your promotional code. Click apply and the saving will be added.


My company is in the EU and has a valid VAT number. Can we order without paying 21% VAT?
Companies in the EU that are registered for VAT can order by email (shop@sailvideosystem.com) and will be invoiced without the 21%VAT. In order to make the invoice we will need full company details (including VAT number, full Address, zipcode, phone number and contacts name) and don't forget to let us know what you would like to order. Once we have that information we can send you a PayPal invoice or a regular invoice that can be paid for by Bank transfer. Please Note that bank transfers can take a couple of days to proces. We can only send the order out after we have proof of payment (this can be in the form of a screen capture of the bank transfer).


I am located in the EU and do not have Paypal or Creditcard, is it possible to pay by Bank Transfer?

Yes you can, but you will have to order by email and supply the info mentioned above (without the VAT number). Please Note that bank transfers can take a couple of days to proces. We can only send the order out after we have proof of payment (this can be in the form of a screen capture of the bank transfer).


The prices listed on the website are in Euro, can I pay with a different currency?

All payments on the website are done trough PayPal. Even though the prices are listed in Euro they will be converted by PayPal to your currency. (To get and idea of the cost: just Google ???Euro to "your currency")


My PayPal payment was not processed by the website, what should I do?

Sometimes the PayPal processing takes a bit longer or raises red flags. This can be the case when the name of the CC holder and the shipping address are different. Just try a second time or contact us by email. We can send you A PayPal invoice direct, and that will usually take care of the problem.

Can I order by email?

Yes you can. Please provide us with your full name, full address (including zipcode and phone-number) and we will send you a PayPal invoice. Also don't forget to let us know what you would like to order.


How long before my order ships, and what is the shipping time?

All orders are processed and shipped the same day (weekdays only). All orders are shipped with Fedex Priority and usually arrive the next day (in the EU). Orders from the USA that are placed before 14.00Hrs CEST will be delivered the next weekday. Shipping time to the rest of the world might take a day or 2 longer.


You claim you ship WorldWide, but my country is not listed under shipping options. Can you ship to my country? And what will be the shipping cost?

When your country is not listed in the shipping options this does not mean that we can not ship there (It is just that we have not shipped there yet!) Just send us an email with your shipping address (and include zipcode and phone number) and we will check with Fedex what the options and cost are and get back to you.
