2.6 Million views in 5 days

What is the best way to capture 360Video in a motor-race?

CBS SPORTS used our 3rdPersonView Pro camera mount (with extra Straight Camera Pole) in combination with a 6 GoPro spherical camera (GoPro Omni, Or Freedom Explorer rigg) and mounted that to one of the riders.

(Please Note: for new customers that are looking get these kind of shots, we would advise to use the 3rdPersonView 3pvX2 Pro as it is even more stable!)

Apparently we where not the only ones that liked the footage; in just under 5 days more then 2.6 million people had seen the video on Facebook.

We would have liked to place the original 360 Facebook video on the website, but unfortunately that did not work. So we made a screen video of what a viewer can see on his/her phone while watching the 360Video.

ORIGINAL VIDEO WAS SHOT IN 360 VIDEO BY CBS SPORTS FOR FACEBOOK. THIS IS A SHORT IMPRESSION OF THE USER EXPERIENCE.

To watch the full CBS SPORTS 360Video on Facebook please go to their page on Facebook and check out their post from sept 28th called: HOLD ON TIGHT!
